1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be paid in advance through our secure payment platform.
• Guests must present a valid Emirates ID or passport at check-in.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

2. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and follow all community rules.
• Any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
• Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

3. Property Owner Agreements

• Property owners agree to allow Eco Vacations to manage their units under agreed income models (fixed rent or revenue share).
• Owners must ensure legal eligibility for short-term leasing and furnish units as per our quality standards.

4. Service Limitations

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., power outages, external maintenance).

5. Changes & Updates

Eco Vacations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
