Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 24–48 hours before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Property Owners

• Contracts can be terminated with a 30-day written notice, subject to any pending bookings and settlement of outstanding payments.
• Early termination may incur a cancellation fee if expenses have been incurred in marketing, licensing, or setup.
