Refund Eligibility
- Pre-Project Stage: If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative charges.
- Project Execution Stage: Once development, marketing, or consulting work has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable as resources and time have already been allocated.
- Service Delays or Failures: If Streamline Solutions fails to initiate or deliver services due to internal errors, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Subscriptions or Retainers: For ongoing services (SEO, marketing, maintenance), refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle but may apply to unused future cycles if canceled in advance.
Non-Refundable Services
- Digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, ads) once launched.
- Custom software, website, or mobile app development once coding has started.
- Consulting services already delivered.
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain names, advertising spends) paid on behalf of the client.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of purchase or contract initiation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method.
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
